Famous actress İrem Helvacıoğlu spoke for the first time about the accident she experienced. Helvacıoğlu, who is 8 months pregnant, was injured in her neck as a result of a child falling on her while swimming in the sea. Although the actress, who was taken to the hospital, was not in life-threatening danger, she had to wear a neck brace.
Milli.Az reports citing the Turkish press that Helvacıoğlu attended the wedding of her colleagues Ezgi Şenler and Ömer Gürgen wearing a neck brace and made a statement about her health. The actress admitted that her condition was more serious than she thought and said:
"Actually, my injury was not limited to just my neck. For a long time, I couldn't move my index fingers at all. Now I can move them little by little."
The star actress emphasized that she wants to return to work as her health improves:
"I missed the shoots very much. I want to hold my baby safely in my arms, recover, and immediately start working."
Keeping her spirits high, Helvacıoğlu said she is enjoying her pregnancy and is also eagerly looking forward to returning to the sets after giving birth.
