The head of the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran has threatened participants in the protest actions taking place in the country with severe punishments.
According to Medianews.az, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Mohsune-Ajaei, stated that punishments will be carried out "firmly, at the maximum level, and without any concessions."
Shortly before this, the country's supreme leader Khamenei condemned the protests, calling the protesters rioters and people damaging the country.
