His fiancée Georgina Rodriguez shared how an ordinary day looks like for football star Cristiano Ronaldo on days when the club has no training.

According to Milli.Az, Rodriguez states that Ronaldo wakes up at 6:00 in the morning and starts the day at home with light exercises. Then, by drinking plenty of water, he wakes up his body and activates his metabolism. Sometimes, to invigorate his muscles, he takes a cold shower with ice water. He also spends a few minutes outdoors benefiting from sunlight.

Around 6:30, the footballer begins his first main training of the day. These workouts include cardio, strength training, or physical exercises on the pitch.

After the initial physical activity, Ronaldo rests for approximately 90 minutes for recovery.

For breakfast, he prefers high-protein and nutrient-rich foods. His menu usually includes fruits, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurt, and avocado toast.

After breakfast, Ronaldo heads back to the gym and performs his second training session lasting about two hours. This workout mainly focuses on weight lifting and developing specific muscle groups.

According to Georgina Rodriguez, Ronaldo’s disciplined and regular daily routine like this is one of the main reasons he has stayed in excellent shape for years.
