It is alleged that an employee of "Azəriqaz," M.Muzaffarov, was beaten by a subscriber in the Keşlə settlement of the Nizami district.
Qafqazinfo reports that the citizen called the employee and said that the gas consumption was high and demanded that he come to his apartment to clarify the issue.
It was also reported that upon arriving at the address, the father and son joined together and beat him.
The police and emergency medical team were called to the scene. The employee was taken to the hospital by the emergency team.
The Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that the persons involved in the incident that took place in the Keşlə settlement of the Nizami district of the capital were invited to the police department by police officers, and their statements were taken:
"The incident occurred during a dispute arising in the course of the official activities of an employee of the relevant authority.
An investigation is currently underway in response to the complaint.
A forensic medical examination is planned to be ordered.
Legal assessment will be given based on the results of the investigation."
A criminal case has been initiated in accordance with the relevant article of the Criminal Code regarding the fact.
The citizen Intiqam Khidirov, suspected of injuring the employee of "Azəriqaz," has been detained.
