The 907th amendment was an unjust move by the US Congress against Azerbaijan. It happened in 1992.
Medianews.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated this at the opening of the IV Shusha Global Media Forum.
"When the Freedom Support Act was passed by the US Congress, it was about providing financial assistance to new independent countries after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The 907th amendment, however, was proposed by Armenian-supporting senators. Incidentally, President Biden was one of them, he was a senator at that time. 'That is why we faced so many difficulties during the Biden administration,' said the head of our state."
