“You know, Əminə Yusifqızı is my aunt's daughter. Her birthday was on September 24th. I was there too. I was also with her on September 28th. I know she was very old, I know nature did its work, it seems to me that her poems and recitations will live on. The people had great love for her. There will be no voice like Əminə’s voice anymore. Not only I say this, but everyone does. Such a voice has not been born. When I talk about her in the past, I get very emotional. I was with her just 3-4 days ago. She was conscious, aware. She left this world while reciting poems.”
This was said to Medianews.az by the People's Artist Təranə Muradova in her statement.
The artist stated that her relative had no illness:
“She had no illness. Three months ago she got dizzy and fell. She had a fracture in her leg. After the leg fracture, she could only sit, she couldn’t stand. Since she was very old, the doctor did not recommend surgery. She was 89 years old. At this age, you know that bones heal slowly. So she slowly weakened lying in bed for 3 months. Her heart couldn’t withstand this condition. She always ate her food, recited her poems, and was well cared for. Currently, her funeral has been taken to the Təzəpir mosque. It is not yet known where she will be buried.”
