A temporary ceasefire has been declared between Ukraine and Russia at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, which Russia took control of in March 2022.
Muavat.com reports that the information was published by the "Reuters" agency citing the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The information states that the ceasefire was declared for the purpose of carrying out repair work.
Currently, work is being done to restore the power transmission lines.
"A temporary ceasefire has been reached between Russia and Ukraine near the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant for carrying out repairs on the power lines. This ceasefire regime in this area will last for several days," said Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the IAEA.
