Medianews.az, referring to Trend, reports that these remarks were made today by Kamran Agayev, head of the Data Management Department of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, during his speech at the panel discussion of the "ICT Career Fair 2025" organized by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency.
"Continuing to work in the traditional way may not lead you on the right path. During my 25-year career, I have witnessed several revolutions and observed that specialists who continue with traditional methods do not succeed. Therefore, in terms of career direction, one must move not in traditional but innovative ways," he added.
Kamran Agayev noted that following the "Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025-2028," approved by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev, a strategic roadmap for data management will be developed. The adoption of this strategy is planned for next year, and the documents are currently under review in several state institutions:
"New professions are being created worldwide in accordance with new requirements, and these should be brought to Azerbaijan. It is essential to apply international experience in all fields to our country."
