According to the relevant instruction of the State Agency for Pre-school and General Education, the traditional "Last Bell" event will be held in all state general education institutions on June 13.

It was stated that instructions regulating the procedures for holding the "Last Bell" event have been sent to schools, and appropriate discussions have been held with students, teachers, and parents regarding the issues arising from the instruction.
"According to the instructions, the event must be organized in the courtyard of the general education institution; in institutions without a courtyard, it should be held in the sports or assembly hall. The 'Last Bell' event should start at 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 in the morning and finish within no more than 2 hours. Students must wear school uniforms at the event. The appearance of graduates should be neat and in accordance with the discipline rules of the educational institution. Vulgar music should not be played. The event must have a script that is prepared in accordance with national and moral values, consisting of official and artistic parts. The event’s opening should begin with the State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, followed by a one-minute silence in memory of the martyrs. No special preparations should be made for representatives of organizations and administrations at the event, and only drinking water should be on their table. It is forbidden to present gifts and bouquets to these persons. The artistic part of the event should be organized solely based on the internal capabilities of the school," the statement said.
