On November 18, there were interruptions in the operation of several internet resources in Azerbaijan, and access to services was limited.
According to information, the reason for this is large-scale technical problems that emerged in the network of the global cybersecurity services provider "Cloudflare." In other words, the problem that occurred is not related to the local infrastructure or the national internet network. The difficulty arises directly from a technical malfunction occurring in Cloudflare's international network and affects numerous users worldwide.

Medianews.az reports that "Cloudflare" is a giant technology company headquartered in the USA. It was founded in 2009. The company also has offices in various countries around the world.
The company mainly provides services for the security, speed, and reliable operation of websites.
These services can be listed as follows:

Protection against DDoS attacks – defends websites against numerous cyberattacks.
DNS service – provides fast and reliable domain name system services.
SSL certificates – protect user data with HTTPS secure connections.
WAF (Web Application Firewall) – filters malicious traffic and provides protection at the application level.

Cloudflare also offers modern solutions such as the "Zero Trust" security model, analytics, and artificial intelligence-based threat detection.
