According to Oxu.az, the body of Zəfər Məmmədov, born in 1980, was found in the Ramana settlement with multiple stab wounds.
As a result of the operational-search measures carried out by the police, Huseyn Həsənov, born in 1969 and previously convicted, who is suspected of committing the crime, was detained.
An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
