The names of three villages in Quba have been changed.
Medianews.az, citing President.az, reports that President Ilham Aliyev has approved a law regarding the change of names of some territorial units of the Quba district.
Thus, the Vladimirovka village within the Vladimirovka administrative territorial district of the Quba district has been renamed Elbir village. The Vladimirovka administrative territorial district has been considered the Elbir administrative territorial district.
Additionally, the Alekseyevka village within the Alekseyevka administrative territorial district has been renamed Chinarly village, and the Timiryazev village has been renamed Bahreli village. The Alekseyevka administrative territorial district has become the Chinarly administrative territorial district.
