A yellow warning has been issued due to windy weather conditions.
It has been reported to Medianews.az from the National Hydrometeorology Service that on February 13, in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Khizi, Gobustan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Kalbajar, Lachin, Zangilan, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Mingachevir, Shabran, and Siyazan, a south-west wind will blow in accordance with the yellow warning, with wind speeds reaching 13.9-20.7 m/s.
