Medianews.az reports that this was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, in a statement to journalists.
Peskov positively assessed some European politicians expressing their readiness for pragmatic dialogue with Russia. He expressed these views while commenting on the victory of the party of Bulgaria’s former president Rumen Radev in the parliamentary elections.
At the same time, the Kremlin representative emphasized that it is still too early to say there has been a change in Europe’s overall position: "We see that completely different kinds of statements are coming from Brussels."
