32-year-old Ramin Isayev Nureddin oglu was hit by a truck while riding his motorcycle.
Ramin Isayev, who sustained serious injuries in the accident, died at the scene.
It should be noted that R. Isayev was an officer. He was a participant in the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War. Serving with the rank of First Lieutenant, Isayev was one of the soldiers who demonstrated bravery in the liberation of the city of Shusha.
