Medianews.az reports that these remarks were made by Emil Ahmadov, advisor to the chairman of "Baku Metro" JSC, in an explanation to journalists.
He continued his words as follows:
"There are different approaches in many countries. For example, monthly cards, single-ride cards, distance-based payments, different approaches for students and socially vulnerable groups, and so on. These are always on our agenda and are discussed. There is no final decision yet."
