Ethical behavior rules, teacher-student relationships, and internal school control mechanisms play an important role in the education and upbringing of children.
Educational institutions should not only provide knowledge but also ensure order and a healthy psychological environment.
However, recent incidents occurring in schools are not encouraging.
Residents told Azerbaijan Television (AzTV) that one of the main reasons for these cases is the gaps present in social networks and parental supervision.
Psychologist Nargiz Suleymanli notes that children are increasingly inclined toward the virtual world:
"This situation causes children to fall into a state of being unloved and isolated within themselves. A very serious cooperation must be established between the parent, school, and child. An individual approach should be applied to each child both in groups and individually. Psychological work here is extremely important."
To prevent such situations, in some countries, children's access to social networks is restricted, and access to aggressive computer games is blocked.
Education expert Rizvan Fikretoglu states that in countries that are members of the United Nations, parents share responsibility alongside teachers in the education system:
"In our country, however, this division of responsibility practically does not exist. Children are sent to school to develop there. Whereas, a child is primarily formed in the family."
