"Iran's naval power" was smashed: The secret missile factory in Yazd was hit.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it has destroyed the "most central" and strategically important military facility used for the production, planning, and storage of Iran's naval weapons.

Medianews.az reports, referring to Musavat.com,  that according to the official statement released by the army, this secret facility located in the city of Yazd, Iran, was the main production center for modern missiles and mines intended for the Iranian Navy. According to the information, the targeted facility was used for the design, assembly, and testing of the latest generation missiles launched from surface ships, submarines, and helicopters against both moving and stationary naval targets.

The IDF emphasizes that this facility was considered the "heart" of Iran's naval attack capability, and the weapons developed there were used in illegal naval operations that endangered navigation freedom in the Strait of Hormuz. As a result of the strike, the factory's production lines and ready missile warehouses were completely destroyed, and it is possible that leading SEPAH experts in naval armament were present at the site.

It is noted that despite Yazd being located far inland, away from the coast, the precision of the strike again demonstrates that Israeli intelligence has control over the most secret points of Iran's military-industrial complex. This attack is the second heaviest blow to Iran's naval power after the killing of SEPAH's Navy commander Alireza Tangsiri a few days ago.
