Pashinyan's party is leading with a large margin in the elections
According to the preliminary results coming from some polling stations in Armenia, the Civil Contract Party led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has collected the majority of the votes.
Medianews.az reports that according to the preliminary results announced by the Central Election Commission of Armenia, votes from 65 out of 2006 polling stations have been counted.
According to the results, the Civil Contract Party is leading with 62.5 percent of the votes. The "Strong Armenia" party received 21.2 percent, while the "Armenia" bloc gathered 11.2 percent of the votes.
