The Home Office of the United Kingdom will deport foreign students who continue to stay in the country after their visa expires.
Milli.Az reports that the information was provided by the Home Secretary Yvette Cooper.
She stated that some foreign students have applied for asylum despite no changes in the conditions of their home countries.
"We will provide the necessary support to genuine refugees. However, if the situation has not changed, students should not apply for asylum after finishing their studies," she said.
According to the information, the Home Office has sent messages to 10,000 foreign students informing them that their visas are about to expire.
