A ring got stuck on a person's finger in Ganja.
Medianews.az reports, citing "Qafqazinfo", that the citizen who was in a helpless situation applied to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In connection with the information, rescuers were immediately involved upon the call.
With special tools, the ring was cut off and removed from the citizen's finger.
