A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the intentional killing in the Yasamal district of the capital.
According to the information provided by the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office to Medianews.az, on August 23, the district prosecutor's office received information about the death of Irada Muradova, born in 1988, in the Yasamal district of the capital.
Preliminary investigations have revealed reasonable suspicions that Emin Agacanov, born in 1977, intentionally killed his acquaintance Irada Muradova during a dispute between them.
A criminal case has been initiated by the district prosecutor's office under Article 120.1 (intentional killing) of the Criminal Code. Emin Agacanov has been detained as a suspect in the case.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
