Nailə Əkbərova Ənvər qızı was born on August 27, 1963, in the city of Shamakhi. She is a graduate of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. She started working at Azerbaijan State Television in 1981. From 1997 to 2006, she worked as the chief director in the music programs editorial office. In 2006, she worked as the director of several programs at the "Space" TV channel. Since 2009, she has been an employee of "TRT" television. She was the author, director, and presenter of the program “Winds blowing to the Caucasus” broadcast on TRT Avaz. She was among the first creators of music videos in Azerbaijan.
