Today marks 10 years since the April victory of the Azerbaijan Army.
Medianews.az reports that starting from mid-March 2016, the Armenians began to consistently violate the ceasefire.
Starting from the night of April 1 to 2, the positions of the Azerbaijan army and residential areas along the entire front line came under intensive fire from the enemy.
The April battles were the fiercest clashes since the ceasefire agreement was signed in Nagorno-Karabakh in 1994. The battles ended with the victory of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, with the heights around Talish village in the Tartar district and Seysulan village, the Lalətəpə height in the Jabrayil district and Jojug Marjanli, Gülüstan village in the Goranboy district, Qazaxlar village in the Tartar district, and the Madaqiz village direction in the Tartar district being liberated from the enemy.
