SEVERE ACCIDENT in Aghdam: There are dead and injured people.

The Main State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has released information about a fatal road accident in Agdam. According to Medianews.az citing Musavat.com, a 17-year-old teenager from Agdam district, while driving without a license a "KIA" brand car belonging to a fellow villager on the Quzanli-Äfətli road, lost control and crashed into a tree by the roadside. The vehicle was severely damaged in the accident, which is presumed to have involved high speed. The driver and passenger of the car – 18-year-old resident of Çəmənli village Cavid Musayev – were taken to the hospital. Despite the measures taken, it was not possible to save Cavid Musayev’s life. "The aforementioned incident, which changed the lives of two young people, once again shows that people who are unaware of traffic rules and have not acquired perfect driving skills, especially children and teenagers, steering behind the wheel of a car, pose a great risk and sometimes an irreparable loss. The Main State Traffic Police Department once again reminds that gross violations such as driving a vehicle without the right to drive or giving vehicles to people without the right to drive lead to serious tragedies, and especially calls on parents and adults who set an example for minors to jointly protect our future from danger," the statement said.
