Pashinyan is going to Putin's meeting – Secret messages are expected in Saint Petersburg

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, will participate in the CIS informal summit to be held in Saint Petersburg.

Musavat.com reports that this was announced by Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

According to Peskov, within the framework of the summit, a separate bilateral meeting is planned between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Pashinyan. Although the agenda of the meeting has not been disclosed, this contact draws special attention against the background of regional processes and Armenia–Russia relations.

It should be noted that the discussion concerns the informal summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and this format is usually used for backstage talks and the transmission of sensitive political messages.
