Russian President Vladimir Putin's official visit to Turkey is expected.
Sfera.az reports that this information was released by "RIA Novosti" citing a Turkish diplomatic source.
"The invitation to the Russian leader has been announced at the highest level. We are eagerly awaiting this visit and hope it will take place next year," the agency's source said.
Although it was stated that the visit will take place next year, the exact date has not been disclosed.
It should be noted that on December 12, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, announced that Vladimir Putin had received an invitation to visit Turkey.
