A report was received at the Emergency Situations Ministry’s “112” hotline about a fire at a private residential house in the village of Viravul in the Lankaran district.
Medianews.az reports that this information was released by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In connection with the report, forces from the Lankaran District Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately deployed to the area.
Thanks to the prompt intervention of the firefighters, the fire that broke out in the single-story private residential house owned by a citizen was extinguished in a short time without allowing it to spread.
As a result of the fire, the combustible structures of one room in the four-room house, with a total area of 200 square meters, burned over an area of 12 square meters. The majority of the house was protected from the fire.
No injuries occurred as a result of the incident.
