The artist also promised to organize a charity concert after the situation in the republic stabilizes. He called the events a great tragedy for the entire country.
Recall that at the end of March, large-scale floods occurred in the North Caucasus regions and spread beyond the borders of Dagestan. About 2,000 houses in Chechnya were submerged, and a state of emergency was declared.
In the city of Makhachkala, three main power plants were submerged, and 65,000 subscribers were left without electricity.
