Medianews.az reports that the incident was recorded in the area of the Shykhsalakhli village.
A village resident, Nurlan Fattakhov, born in 2000, hit 11-year-old M.H., who was riding a bicycle, while driving a VAZ-2107 car.
As a result of the accident, the child, who sustained serious injuries, died while being taken to the hospital.
