Snow and blizzard affecting many regions of Turkey have paralyzed transportation movement.
Oxu.Az reports, citing "Türkiye Gazetesi," that roads to hundreds of villages in the provinces of Bitlis, Karabük, Elazığ, Kars, Hakkari, and Kastamonu have been closed.
According to the information, communication with a total of 596 villages and towns has been cut off.
The intensifying heavy snowfall and blizzard are complicating the cleaning efforts.
