Ayşegül Araslan, a social media phenomenon and fashion designer known in Turkey for the television competition "My Style" ("İşte Benim Stilim"), was found dead in her home.

Medianews.az reports that the incident occurred during the night hours in the Ortabayır neighborhood of Istanbul.

Relatives, who had been unable to get in touch with Ayşegül Araslan for a long time, came to her house. After the door was not opened, the police were notified. Police officers who entered the apartment found Araslan motionless. Doctors called to the scene confirmed that she had died.

Before the incident, Ayşegül Araslan’s posts on social media drew attention. In one post, she wrote: "There are things you don't know and that I don't talk about. The only thing I know is that I am a good person; I have never done harm to anyone."

Later, the bloody letter sparked extensive discussions on social media. The message reportedly mentions that life is hard and requests that her dogs be well taken care of.

The possibility of suicide is also being investigated regarding the incident. An investigation has been launched on the matter.

Born in Istanbul in 1997, 27-year-old Ayşegül Araslan worked as a fashion designer. She became known in television through the "My Style" competition and gained a wide audience on social networks.
