The driver of the vehicle with the license plate 99-CR-636, a "Ford" vehicle, Şahin Rzayev, was detained by employees of the Baku City Traffic Police Department for violating traffic rules.
Medianews.az reports that when his documents were checked, the driver's behavior caused suspicion, and he was subjected to a medical examination. During the examination, it was determined that Ş.Rzayev was driving the vehicle while intoxicated.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver for the committed offense and sent to the relevant district court for review. By the court's decision, Ş.Rzayev was administratively detained for 10 days.//Milli.Az
