We contacted Shahla Kamilova's lawyer Vuqar Əliyev regarding the matter. In his statement to "Qafqazinfo," he said that the disseminated information does not reflect the truth: "The teacher has not resigned. She has just taken a short-term medical leave. The family is concerned about such incorrect, unverified information and also about the future spreading of her photos."
It should be noted that a few days ago, "Qafqazinfo" published information that a reconciliation had been reached between the teacher and the student who caused the incident. The article noted that the official document confirming the reconciliation had already been submitted to the investigative authority.
