The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory has granted the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office to confiscate the assets of Azerbaijani Shahlar Novruzov as income of the Russian state.
By the court's decision, 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of "Tuapsinskiy morskoy kommercheskiy port" (TMKP) LLC and "Predpriyatiye TMKP" LLC have been transferred to the Russian treasury.
The state has also acquired the Temryuk sea cargo terminal and the facilities owned by "Dar frut" LLC.
Shahlar Novruzov is currently held in detention, accused especially of large-scale fraud.\Oxu.Az
