The husband of singer Rəqsanə İsmayılova, who was arrested on charges of fraud worth 1 million manat, Fazil Əmiraslanov, has also been held criminally responsible.
According to information obtained by "Qafqazinfo," F. Əmiraslanov is also accused of embezzlement involving a large sum in connection with the same case.
Although the businessman has been charged as a suspect, he has not been arrested. A preventive measure of "placing under police supervision" has been chosen for him. F. Əmiraslanov is not allowed to leave the country until the investigation is completed.
