Medianews.az reports that blogger Nigar Farzaliyeva shared a post about the incident on her social media account.
She stated that the tire that remained on the road hit her "Range Rover" branded car and damaged the vehicle.
According to Nigar Farzaliyeva, she was not in the car at the time the incident occurred. It was reported that the car was being driven by another person at that moment.
