On the night of February 26, Kənul Eminova, born in 1979 and living in the city of Shamakhi, was taken to the hospital with injuries from a cutting tool. However, it was not possible to save her life.
Through actions taken by police officers, her stepson, Murad Babayev, born in 2009, who is suspected of causing the incident, was detained.
