According to Armenia's Investigative Committee spokesperson Kima Avdalyan, within the framework of the initial investigation, one person has been charged with hooliganism and interference with the lawful service or political activity of an official, the second citizen has been charged with hooliganism and aiding interference with the lawful service or political activity of an official, and another individual has been accused of hooliganism and organizing interference with the lawful service or political activity of an official.

It should be noted that, according to Armenian media, the incident occurred on March 29 during the liturgy at the Holy Anna Church. When Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was heading towards the exit with his bodyguards, one of the participants tried to approach him and said "Don’t look at me like that!" The second person from behind attempted to strike Pashinyan. In response to the bodyguards' attempts to remove those individuals, Pashinyan said "calm down."
