In 2025, 40 children were placed in foster families.
According to Oxu.Az, this was stated by Vüqar Behbudov, Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency, during his appearance on DOST TV.
He said that efforts are being made to further increase this number in the future:
"Educational events are being carried out. In the past period, a total of 818 children were adopted."
