From next year, a decrease in prices may be observed in the housing market. Realtors and real estate experts agree on this.
According to specialists, the price drop will be more noticeable particularly in expensive apartments. It is noted that in 2025 there was a rapid increase in apartment prices in both old and new buildings. However, a change in this trend is expected in the market next year.
The main change in the real estate market is mostly seen in five-story buildings, as well as in studios and small-sized apartments. Currently, the price of such apartments is around 110-120 thousand manats. However, buyers are no longer willing to pay this amount. Sellers who are in a hurry to sell are forced to reduce the price to as low as 105 thousand manats.
Since the main demand of the population is directed towards low and medium-priced apartments, prices in this segment are expected to stabilize more. Experts state that a slight price decrease ranging between 2-5 thousand manats may occur in this category.
