Emmanuel Macron continues to face a loss of trust among the French.
According to the latest Ipsos – BVA-CESI survey published by "La Tribune Dimanche" newspaper, only 21 percent of people have a positive attitude towards the President of France.
According to the survey results, Macron lost another two percent compared to the previous month, and 75 percent of respondents expressed a negative attitude towards him.
There has been a slight increase in the rating of France's Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu.
Political scientist Brice Teinturier, who participated in the research, stated that Emmanuel Macron can no longer gain support as before due to the political effect created by the international agenda.
The survey also shows that economic concerns are increasing in France and a long-term fatigue against the government is forming. However, the image of some ministers remains higher than the overall rating of the government.
Among the positively evaluated ministers, Gérald Darmanin ranks first with 44 percent.
The survey also revealed preliminary trends related to the 2027 presidential elections. The National Rally Party (Rassemblement National - RN), led by Jordan Bardella, currently stands out in the surveys.
Thirty-four percent of respondents said they would be pleased if Jordan Bardella came to the Élysée Palace./AZERTAC
