Nowadays, owning a house is the main desire of many citizens. The fact that the issue depends on financial capability makes the credit factor relevant. However, buying residential property on credit is not an easy matter, because it means long-term borrowing, the profitability of which becomes a question.
In this regard, in recent years, state and domestic credits, mortgage loans offered by banks, lease mechanisms with sales obligations, and other opportunities have been made available to those who want to buy houses in the country.
Real estate expert Ramil Osmanlı gave his opinion on the issue and noted the most optimal option:
"The most optimal program for buying residential property is the mortgage program. Especially, the mortgage offered under preferential conditions has an annual interest rate of 4%. Although the accessibility of this program is relatively difficult, it is considered the most suitable for buying residential property," he emphasized.
