An Azerbaijani person has died as a result of a rocket attack carried out on Israeli territory.
The incident took place on March 9 at a construction site located in the city of Yehud.
"My son had bought a ticket to come home. He was going to come for the Wednesday holiday. But the war started, and he could not come. On the day of the incident, he had gone to check on his workplace. A rocket fell near the site at that time. My son was buried right there. Since the roads are closed, we could not bring his body to Azerbaijan," said Ali Murtuzov, the father of Amid Murtuzov, to Baku TV.
It is worth recalling that Amid Murtuzov was a citizen of both Azerbaijan and Israel. He had moved to Israel many years ago with his family and lived in the city of Petah Tikva.
