In Baku, near the “Neftçilər” metro station, a serious and resonant murder incident has occurred.
According to the circulating news, the body of a person named Nicat was found in one of the apartments located near the metro station. It has been determined that the person named Nicat did not part with life voluntarily and that there were criminal traces in his death.
Konkret.az has reported that the person whose body was found is the nephew of the sister-in-law of ISA Habibbayli, the president of ANAS. Isa Habibbayli has neither confirmed nor denied the news.
He only said, "I have not heard. I just came home now, I have no information." While Nicat’s body was being medically examined, a gunshot wound was found on his body. Whether he committed suicide or was murdered by another person is the subject of investigation.
At present, investigations are ongoing at the Nizami District Prosecutor's Office regarding the fact. The police and prosecutor’s office have not given a detailed statement about the incident. The identity of the person who committed the crime, the motive, and the reasons for the incident are being investigated.
According to news received by Musavat.com regarding the matter, the person named Nicat held a managerial position related to the field of science in Nakhchivan until his death. It is also reported that his body has already been taken to Nakhchivan.
