Seven people have been arrested in connection with the armed attack in Istanbul's Ümraniye district in which 21-year-old footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı lost his life.
Medianews.az, citing Bakuvaxti.az, reports that a total of 10 suspects have been detained within the framework of the investigation launched regarding the incident.
Pre-trial detention measures have been chosen for seven of them. Among those arrested are Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu and singer İzzet Yıldızhan. Two suspects were released under police supervision by the court. One of them is Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu's mother, Zuhal Kalaycıoğlu.
It should be recalled that the crime that occurred on March 19 was reported to have been committed by Alaattin Kadayıfçıoğlu, the son of businessman Bilal Kadayıfçıoğlu.
