Milli.Az, citing foreign media, reports that Bardot has been under medical supervision at the clinic in Toulon for the past three weeks. She left her mansion in Saint-Tropez and was urgently taken to the hospital.
Doctors say she will be discharged home in the coming days, but her health still causes concern.
Brigitte Bardot is considered a symbol of French cinema of the 1950s-1960s. She became famous with the films "And God Created Woman" and "Jules and Jim." She acted in approximately 47 feature films. She was also active in music, performing nearly 30 songs.
