Person filming an immoral video in a pub in Baku was arrested

A person who filmed immoral videos in a public place in Baku and spread them on social networks has been held accountable.

Medianews.az reports, citing "Qafqazinfo," that the incident took place at the "pub" located at 108 Fatali Khan Khoyski Street, Narimanov district.

During the investigation regarding the immoral videos circulated on social networks, it was found that the footage was taken by F. Huseynli, born in 2001, a resident of Kengerli village, Tartar district, and uploaded to Instagram pages.

He was detained by police officers, and at that time he did not comply with the lawful demand.

A protocol was drawn up against F. Huseynli under Article 510.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Petty hooliganism - actions performed in internet information resources or information-telecommunication networks that publicly offend public morality and openly express disrespect to society, that is, uttering immoral expressions or making gestures that give such an impression, or showing parts of the human body in a manner contrary to moral norms and national-spiritual values).

He admitted the act he committed and said he regretted it.

By the decision of the Narimanov District Court dated February 10, F. Huseynli was administratively detained for 1 month.

It should be noted that Article 510.2 was included in the Code of Administrative Offenses on January 26 of this year.
