The "White City" project, which has been successfully implemented in Baku for years, has brought up ideas and proposals regarding the application of a similar concept in other areas of the capital.
Urban planning specialists believe that Sabunchu and surrounding settlements, Alat and peripheral zones are promising areas for modern residential and business complexes. According to them, the large land area of these regions, proximity to existing roads and communications, as well as compatibility with urban planning, are favorable for the successful implementation of the project.
The experts state that the creation of "White City"-type projects in new zones can provide several advantages for the capital. These include accelerating urban development, expanding economic opportunities, and organizing residential and business areas according to modern standards. At the same time, such projects can contribute to more planned development of the city’s peripheral zones, as well as modernization of social and communal infrastructure.
