There has been an interruption in the movement of trains at the "28 May" station of the Baku Metro.
According to Medianews.az, based on information from passengers, the reason for this was the occurrence of smoke in the train attempting to move at the station.
Following the announcement, passengers were evacuated from the carriages.
It is reported that the smoke occurred in a new generation train.
The "Baku Metro" JSC stated that at 22:58, a technical malfunction was recorded on the train's control panel:
Passengers were evacuated at the "28 May" station, and the train was sent from the "Nizami" station to the "Narimanov" electric depot for technical inspection.
